Freddy Vincent

I have been with the Mitchell Homes team since 1992. I came on board as the Vice President of Sales and have worked every facet of the home sales process. I am always hands on with each customer during the initial contract process, working with the lenders on the loan process, developing and finalizing plans, and meeting with customers at their home site for site consultations. I have over 27 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. In March of 2013, I returned to the sales team as a Senior New Home Consultant so that I could spend more time with my family and also engage more intimately with our customers. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and support my son in all of his sporting events.

 

Harvey Tyndall

I began my as an information technology consultant for Fortune 500 companies and the Government. I have been part of the Mitchell Homes team for over 8 years. As a New Home Consultant, I engage my customers from the approach of what solutions are the best for their needs. In my spare time I enjoy fresh water fishing, playing golf, and keeping physically fit.

 

Bob Mahan

I worked in the textile industry for 23 years selling for Fortune 500 Companies. I was the Director of Sales, selling to major retail department stores and pharmacies for four years. Prior to that I was the Vice President of Sales, selling medical products nationwide for seven years. I have been part of the Mitchell Homes team for the past eight years of my career. In my free time I enjoy spectator sports, traveling, and discussing politics.

Rodney Ferrell

Senior New Home Consultant

I have been in the building industry for over 45 years. In the 1970’s and 1980’s I operated my own building and development company. I specialized in building new homes, commercial properties, and in developing subdivisions. I have been selling new homes with Mitchell Homes for well over 20 years. I am a licensed Class A Contractor. I have received many recognitions and awards with Mitchell Homes during my tenure. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and I am an avid boater.

 

Construction Team

Neil Sleeme

Permit Coordinator

I have been with the Mitchell Homes team for over 19 years. I hold multiple certifications designated by the Commonwealth of Virginia to be required for new construction. I am also certified in construction management by Turnkey Construction Management Institute. I attended the Art Institute of Pittsburg for Music and Video Production. In my free time I enjoy traveling, jet skiing, snow skiing, and motorcycle riding.

 

Mike Dockman

Purchasing and Estimating Coordinator

I grew up in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I proudly served the in the United States Army for six years. I graduated from J. Sargent Reynolds with a degree in Architectural/Industrial Design. I have been part of the Mitchell Homes, Inc. team since the spring of 2013.

I enjoy spending my free time with my family, boating, and playing hockey.

 

Rick Catterton

I was born and raised in the Midlothian/Richmond, VA area. I proudly served in the United States Army for 6 years. After the military I came home and attended John Tyler Community College, majoring in Business Administration. I owned my own furniture making company for over 5 years. I joined the Mitchell Homes team in 2012 as a Construction Supervisor. In my free time I like to spend time with my fiancé and family. I love wood working and gardening.

 

Aaron Hatch

I have been in the construction industry for over 16 years. I have experience with hands on framing for custom residential and commercial. I joined the Mitchell Homes team in 2005. I started with the company doing hands on construction, specializing in many aspects of the home building process. I have recently had the privilege of accepting the Warranty Supervisor position. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and playing the bass guitar in a band.

I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I have owned my own home building company as well as worked with other Richmond Builders. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and operating heavy equipment.

Deborah Lumpkin

I was born and raised in the Richmond area. I joined the Mitchell Homes Inc. team in 2006 as office administration. Over the past seven years I have grown and filled different roles within the Mitchell Homes Inc. team. Ranging from Administrative Assistant, to Warranty Coordinator, to my current role of Project Coordinator; where I have the privilege of working with each of our customers to help make their dream home a reality. In my free time I like to spend time with my husband and young son.

 

Janet Turner

VP – Lender and Customer Relations

I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate field, ranging from mortgage loan closing, to title resolution, to residential and commercial closings. I am a Certified Paralegal from Old Dominion University and I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University. I also obtained my Virginia Real Estate Sales License. I joined the Mitchell Homes team in January of 2000. I enjoy spending my free time with my family, dogs, horses, and also spending time outdoors.

Sandra Cousins

I was raised on a tobacco and cattle farm in Southwest Virginia. I graduated from Averette University with a degree in Business Administration. I am a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have been with Mitchell Homes since 2004.

I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, and spoiling my grandchildren.

Scott Sleeme

President

Having grown up with my father in the homebuilding business, I would ride with the construction guys to construction sites throughout Virginia. Needless to say, I learned a lot at an early age about home building. After earning my undergraduate degree in Business Management at James Madison University, I worked as an account representative for a marketing company while also pursuing my graduate degree in Business Management at the University of Richmond. Upon earning my Business Degree in 2002, I joined the family business as Director of Marketing. I progressed to Vice President of Operations, and in 2009 was promoted to President of Mitchell Homes. I love what I do and am extremely grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters, running, playing golf, and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
