My frustration grew with the pandemic causing cost to escalate. I contacted Mitchell Homes online and received an instant response. Mostly everything was communicated online or by phone. I was skeptical. This was perfect because of the distance from DC. At this point, I was looking for quick delivery particularly during this time being diagnosed with an illness. I didn’t have to spend time with permits, etc., and getting financing. My house was built on schedule and at 1 year inspection there were only minor fixes.
