I was really appreciative that Mitchell Homes has been a good company to work with and did what they said they would do. They are a professional and aboveboard company that provides a good home building experience - they are exceeding expectations in that arena. Everything was organized and everyone was on top of every detail. There was constant communication and a sense of urgency to get things moving from the moment I signed the contract.
