That belief is what shaped our 2026 event experience. Instead of a single, one-size-fits-all approach, we now offer two thoughtfully designed events—each created to meet you exactly where you are in your homebuilding journey.

Whether you’re dreaming, asking questions, or somewhere in between, our role remains the same: to guide, clarify, and help the path forward feel steady and attainable.

Sip & See events are designed for the dreamers—the moment when imagination starts to take shape. Hosted in our design studio, Sip & See invites you to slow down, enjoy light refreshments, and explore finishes, fixtures, and details at your own pace. It’s a chance to see how your personal style can come to life and how thoughtful design choices shape the way you live in your home. There’s no pressure to decide. Sip & See is about discovery—seeing what’s possible and beginning to picture what your land could become.

For those who arrive with questions and a desire for clarity, our Homebuyer Roadmap to Success events provide exactly that. Building a home doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. During this education-focused event, our team walks through a clear, step-by-step roadmap—from pre-construction through completion. We cover timelines, responsibilities, and key milestones so you can move forward informed, confident, and in control.

That clarity is what Jill Sorbie came looking for when she attended one of our events.
