You will be eligible for the following Paid Time Off days: 10 vacation days, 4 sick/personal days, and your birthday per a full calendar year.
You will be eligible to participate in “Mitchell Foundations Plan”, a Mitchell Homes sponsored 401(k) Retirement Plan, after one year and Mitchell Homes currently matches contributions up to 4% of your salary effective in the first year that you are eligible.
You will become eligible for a company sponsored health insurance plan effective the first day of month following 60 days of employment. Mitchell Homes currently covers 75% of medical premium cost for Employee and 25% of medical premium cost for the Employee’s spouse and children. You will be provided a $30,000 life insurance policy by Mitchell Homes after 90 days. Dental benefits, vision benefits, and other optional insurance benefits are available for you as you choose.
