The large kitchen features a breakfast nook and easy access to the adjacent dining room. The master suite features 3 closets, a double vanity, and a separate tub and shower. The Kaplin makes great use of the available space.

#4 – The Mathews I

The Mathews I is a single story home from Mitchell Homes

The Mathews I has been a best seller for many years. This three bedroom, two bathroom, 2,068 square foot home is available in two different layouts with an optional garage and multiple kitchen layouts. Choose between a modern, open-concept layout and a more traditional layout with a separate family room, living room and dining room. The master suite is separate from the other two bedrooms, and a convenient mudroom containing the washer, dryer, and water heater leads to the back yard.

#3 – The Nicholas

The Nicholas is another three bedroom, two bathroom, ranch home with 1,242 square feet. The open concept layout of this home features a great room that opens into a dining room. The dining room flows into the large kitchen, which features a bar that looks out into the great room and dining room. If large, open space is what you’re looking for, the Nicholas may be the floor plan for you. The master suite is separate from the other two bedrooms and features a large, walk-in closet.
