I have really enjoyed my Mitchell Home over the past year. It’s hard to imagine what it will look like when you’re in the planning stage, but my house turned out so nice. For the size house I built (1070 square feet Danville plan) the kitchen is generously spacious in my estimation and the house is very livable. I added in a wood stove and have thoroughly enjoyed that. I’m glad I built it on a slope so that the one end is a bit elevated and gives me a nice view of the trees at the back of my property. There are always some twists and turns when embarking on a big project like this but mostly it felt like a seamless process. What I appreciated the most and felt this from the beginning, was that Mitchell Homes wants to do a good job. Scott said to meet at the beginning that the house would be done well and it would be a professional job. That is the feeling I got from the beginning with Mitchell Homes, that they are professionals and are doing their best to build a good home for their customers at a reasonable price. I don’t know what more a customer can ask for. Thank you for a lovely home.
