I love love love my Mitchell Home. From my very first appointment until my closing my experience has been nothing but phenomenal. Gary did an awesome job at helping me perfect the layout of my home. I was nervous being a first time home buyer. But he answered all my questions and eased every concern that I had. Samantha was wonderful with helping me choose my interior options. She always reassured me that it was going to look awesome. And Samantha you were right. It does. Deborah I can't say enough about her. She was there to answer my questions and help me along during the building process. We ran into an issue with the county about our septic and she was able to clarify the problem and got the necessary people involved to get the job complete. I will forever be grateful to her. Chet the site manager and his team did a magnificent job. I get so many compliments from neighbors and friends about how beautiful and well constructed my house looks. He always answered my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. I've been in my home 4 Months now and when I had questions he still answered my test.
