Overall, our experience with MH was great. What we wanted was for someone to handle every aspect of our house build so we would not need to worry about any of it. That is exactly what you did. We have never been involved with building a house and didn't really want to learn about what, when, and how. Your handling of all of the permits, the timing and coordination, the help with vendors for clearing, septic, and wells made the process a breeze. We dealt with 4 MH reps most of the time: -Cabell for the initial stages. He was responsive, professional, accommodating and helpful with the house design. We are very happy with that experience. -Deborah for the details as we got going on the project. Deborah was unbelievable. She knew the answer to every question and absolutely gave us full confidence that MH knew what it was doing. Full command of her responsibilities. -Angi for Interior. Angi was great. She gave us lots of great suggestions. She was super organized, and took her time with us. In hindsite, we wouldn't change anything. -Zach for the build. Zach, to us, was phenomenal. From the minute we walked out of the pre-contruction meeting, Kathy and I agreed, this guy was going to catch everything! We were not disappointed. He kept us well informed through the process. He gave us suggestions during the process as well, all insightful. He never over promised, or fed us bull. He was exactly the right guy for the project. The best thing we can say, and we believe this whole heartedly, we felt like Zach treated this build like it was his own house. How much more can you ask than that! If we ever do another one, we will not settle for anyone else.
