We cannot thank our team at Mitchell Homes enough! We started our process with Mitchell Homes in Rocky Mount, NC in August 2024. We broke ground on our lot in NC in January 2025, had settlement on 5/16/25. The entire process was so smooth from the mortgage process to settlement. We love our retirement home, it’s just beautiful. It was a pleasure working with our construction manager Joe Carbone and Designer/Sales Consultant Amanda LaRouche. Joe was outstanding during the entire process, kept in constant communication with us as we lived 5 hours away from the building site. Amanda was also outstanding and a great resource for all of our design and sales needs. These 2 were a dynamic team.
