My husband and I worked with Freddy and Angi to design our home and Joe Carbone was our construction manager. They literally made you feel like family! We got to watch the house go up from foundation to finishing and it is no easy task. Joe Carbone handled every little detail and made sure to keep us informed of how the build was going. Freddy and Angi would check in even just to say hi. They want you to be happy with the home you are building which is not something you will get with the cookie cutter developers. You get to personalize and customize your home. We chose the Deborah and couldn’t be happier. If you are building in the Wilmington/Raleigh NC area and you have the ability to work with Mitchel Homes and have Joe Carbone as your construction manager- TAKE IT!
