This was my first time building a home, and I am so glad that I chose to do it with Mitchell Homes. Jeff, at the Rocky Mount, NC office, was my New Home Consultant. He was absolutely fantastic! He was very professional, friendly, and understanding. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the Mitchell Homes building process. And regarding the building process, let me add, Mitchell Homes is like no other! They help the customer to save tons of money by building on their land without the need for a costly construction loan. They make every effort to remain on the timeline they provide. The construction of my home began in early February, and it was done in early June. That's amazing!!! My project supervisor was Joe Carbone. He is nothing less than awesome!! He kept me updated on the construction process every step of the way. He assured me that I could reach out to him anytime...which I did...a lot! He was very attentive and responded quickly. There were numerous things that I had questions and worries about, but he was able to provide an answer that helped to ease my frustrations. And, he was right every time! I consider him the "World's Greatest Contractor"! I can't speak highly enough about him and his character. Trust me when I say he is the greatest! He listened to me, and was very concerned that I was pleased with my home construction. I am so happy and in love with my new Winchester home. I GREATLY recommend Mitchell Homes to everyone and anyone looking to build a home (within their building area). I definitely made the right choice to build with Mitchell Homes. Thank you Mitchell Homes (Jeff, Joe, and everyone involved) for making my dream come true. I am one satisfied customer. No, let me change that. I am one satisfied homeowner. :-)
