I had excellent experience with Mitchell Homes with the assistance of Jeffrey Merritt. Previously I had spent 2 years working with architect, contractors and financial advisors. My frustration grew with the pandemic causing cost to escalate. I contacted Mitchell Homes online and received an instant response. Mostly everything was communicated online or by phone. I was skeptical. This was perfect because of the distance from DC. At this point, I was looking for quick delivery particularly during this time being diagnosed with an illness. I didn’t have to spend time with permits, etc., and getting financing. My house was built on schedule and at 1 year inspection there were only minor fixes. Everyone who worked with me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you Mitchell Homes!
